In 2019, it all began at the most basic level - as a delivery person for an e-commerce company. That experience, simple as it was, marked a pivotal turning point. When I returned daily with 80% of orders undelivered due to their poor quality, I started to see a real opportunity for change.

A Different Vision: When Quality Becomes an Investment

The problem wasn't the market's inability to provide high-quality products, but rather the absence of those who believed that quality is an investment, not a cost. From this perspective, the idea of WIND was born - a brand that believes true success lies in building sustainable value that grows over time.

Thinking Outside the Box: My Journey to Success

Despite lacking a university degree, and in a job market becoming increasingly competitive day by day, I chose to chart my own course. Instead of succumbing to traditional standards, I decided to invest in myself and develop my skills, focusing on the art of interacting with people and understanding their needs, in addition to developing my language and technical skills. With my deep faith in God and my determination to succeed, I began my journey with confidence and determination.

No Budget, No Experience, But With Great Determination

I had no practical experience in digital marketing, nor did I have the financial resources that most entrepreneurs have. I used all the free tools available to me and relied on self-learning. I watched videos, read articles, and taught myself how to write content, edit images, and design ads. I focused on learning how to build a strong brand.

The Search for the Beginning: A Journey of Discovery

The journey wasn't easy or clear from the beginning. I didn't know what the next step would be or even what product I could launch. But the only thing I had was the belief in my ability to offer something different that would deserve customers' trust. I began a careful search, observing the market and examining the available options. I was seeking to find a product that embodied my vision of quality and excellence. After much research and perseverance, I found a supplier that offered materials that met my aspirations. I started by offering just one product - it was that humble beginning that carried all my hopes and ambitions. And my first advertising campaign was very simple, almost non-existent, but it was enough to start a journey full of challenges and hard work.

The Journey of Manufacturing: The Road to Absolute Quality

As the project grew, I realized that controlling product quality starts at the manufacturing stage. I studied every detail of the production process, contacted factories, and learned about materials and manufacturing methods. I had an unlimited passion for learning. I spent countless hours studying global quality standards until I was able to set my own standards. The vision was clear: unmatched quality, precisely crafted products, and an exceptional customer experience.

My Vision for Excellence and Identity

After that, my vision became embodied in elevating the brand and presenting a respectable image of Egyptian quality. I set my sights on offering products that exceed expectations, inspire the trust of my customers, and enhance their sense of pride. With this vision, I seek to stimulate local production and expand its horizons, so we all know that every ambitious idea can turn into a tangible achievement through perseverance and hard work.

I haven't reached the final goal yet, but WIND represents my belief that success is not measured by quick victories, but rather by the ability to persevere and work hard despite all obstacles.
